Those of an Arsenal persuasion taking in the club’s latest outing have flooded to social media on Monday night, to send a crystal clear message to midfield star Thomas Partey.
All square
Mikel Arteta’s men, of course, are currently locked in action.
After slipping to a hugely disappointing 3-2 defeat at Manchester United last time out, the Gunners made the trip to Goodison Park, eyeing a bounce-back result up against Everton.
And who would bet against the likelihood of precisely that ultimately coming to fruition?
Rafael Benitez’s Toffees, after all, currently stand as one of the most out-of-form clubs in English football, having not picked up a single victory since all the way back in September.
As things stand amid the early exchanges on Merseyside, though, the scoreline remained locked at 0-0, with the main talking point having come in the form of Ben Godfrey somehow escaping a red card for standing on the face of Arsenal’s Takehiro Tomiyasu.

‘Partey stop’
But, as alluded to above, despite a general lack of noteworthy developments amid the action at Goodison thus far, the Arsenal faithful have nevertheless made crystal clear their frustrations with one player.
The man in question? Thomas Partey.
Ghanaian international Partey has of course come in for heavy criticism of late, amid a string of less-than-impressive displays.
It was one aspect of the midfielder’s game in particular which incited the fury of many a Gunners supporter on Monday night, though, with Partey’s latest dreadful effort to find the net from long-range having culminated in quick the backlash across social media:
I’m so sick of Partey shooting from all angles. Someone needs to just tell him to stop immediately

Partey should stop trying to shoot from Outside the box. He’ll do that in training and AFCON.
