The Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian reconciliation rumors have shot up after the famed reality TV star showed her support to the former Cleveland Cavaliers star recently, following the death of his mother Andrea. Khloe and the Kardashian family were present at Andrea Thompson’s funeral and have been there for the NBA veteran’s emotional support. However, a recent move from the 2016 NBA champ has fuelled reunion rumors between him and ex-partner Khloe Kardashian. In fact, Tristan Thompson recently purchased a luxurious mansion situated in a 1.39-acre area in the Hidden Hills. Shockingly, the former NBA star’s $12.5 million worth mansion is situated merely two miles from Khloe Kardashian’s house. After Tristan Thompson’s widely rumored latest attempt to ‘reunite’ with Khloe, jaw-dropping details about his recent purchase have emerged.
As per reports, a trust associated with Tristan Thompson made the purchase of the six-bedroom house on December 16 2022 for $12.5 million. However, reports also suggest that Thompson had to take a sizeable loan of over $8.5 million as a mortgage. Now, the rare details of his expensive house have finally surfaced.
Startling details of Thompson’s new home revealed
Tristan’s house, which was previously owned by a car dealership veteran Howard Keyes, was built in 2010. The mansion was re-listed last year for $13 million after which Tristan Thompson got involved in the deal. According to a recent report, “A substantial motorcourt with space for 10+ cars fronts the lavish home, which offers six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms in more than 10,000 square feet.”
Apart from a huge garage, multiple bedrooms, and lavish bathrooms, three stone stairs lead up to the main door of the mansion. Moreover, the entrance flooring of the house is covered with checkboard black-and-white stones with a big crystal chandelier at the top. Moreover, the brown hardwood floored living house is connected to a dining room and a temperature-controlled wine closet.

Moreover, Tristan’s new home also has a closed cabana with a fireplace, a barbeque center, and a newly built basketball court.
Can Tristan Thompson hold onto his massive purchase?
Tristan Thompson’s new mansion has cost him close to $13 million. The $45 million worth Cavs star reportedly took an $8.5 million loan for the purchase of his mansion, which he is supposed to pay by 2038. However, Tristan Thompson has massive child support commitments that could possibly ruin his reunion plans if he fails to pay off the debt.
