Bronny James live score, stats, highlights from NCAA basketball debut in USC vs. Long Beach State

LOS ANGELES — The time has come for Bronny James to make his college basketball debut.

LeBron’s eldest son is ready to return to the court after suffering cardiac arrest during a workout over the summer. James missed the first eight games of USC’s season but the star guard has made a full recovery and is ready to rejoin his teammates for the first time on Sunday.

James will look to provide a spark off the bench as he is eased back into head coach Andy Enfield’s rotation. The Trojans will get a boost from his hard-nosed perimeter defense, sharp shooting and savvy playmaking as they look to bounce back from a slow 5-3 start to the season.

James will get his first taste of NCAA action against in-state opponent Long Beach State, gearing up before USC hits the Pac-12 portion of its schedule after Christmas break.
