What is DAZN? How to watch Anthony Joshua vs Otto Wallin, Day of Reckoning card through boxing streaming app

While no longer holding gold, Anthony Joshua remains a force in boxing’s heavyweight division. The 34-year-old looks to stay on top when he faces Otto Wallin on December 18.

Joshua is on a two-fight win streak, having already won two contests in 2023. “AJ” has rebounded following two losses in a row against Oleksandr Usyk. Losing his status as the unified heavyweight champion, Joshua looks to return to his dominant ways against someone in Wallin who has a history with heavyweight champions.

Wallin took WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury to the limit in 2019, almost landing an upset win. He has beaten former world title contenders Dominic Breazeale and Murat Gassiev, proving he can get the job done against top fighters. Beating Joshua would shake things up at heavyweight.

Dubbed the “Day of Reckoning,” Joshua headlines a card that features Deontay Wilder vs. Joseph Parker. ESPN reported that Joshua and Wilder will face one another in March if both win their fights. The winner of that could fight the winner of Fury vs. Usyk in February. Though Joshua is the betting favorite, anything can happen in boxing. Joshua has been ready to face Wilder for years but won’t take Wallin lightly.

“The Wilder fight’s big for sure, and it’s always good to have a view of the landscape in front of you,” Joshua said via Boxing Scene. “But my main focus is Wallin, so in terms of his thoughts about Wilder, I have no comment on that because my main focus is on my opponent. And he’s got a chance. Every fighter’s got a chance. He wants to become the first Swedish heavyweight champion. My goal is to upset those odds, so we both have our goals and our targets. And at the end of the day, the best man will be victorious.”
