Patrick Mahomes shirtless: Internet trolls Chiefs QB for ‘dad bod’ after ‘Inside the NFL’ clip

•

Quarterbacks come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. You have 6-5 athletic freaks such as Josh Allen, lower-body machines such as Jalen Hurts, and even veterans like Kirk Cousins who still can show off a ripped six-pack.

Patrick Mahomes is undoubtedly the most talented quarterback in today’s NFL. He can be a precision passer in the pocket, warp his arm angle to make insane throws, and use his legs to escape pressure to pick up yards.

You would think that a quarterback of his skill and strength would be showcasing a chiseled chest and arms — but you might want to think again.

A clip of the Chiefs’ locker room after their AFC championship win over the Ravens has been making the rounds on social media, and everyone is getting their chance to poke fun at Mahomes’ expense.

Here is more on shirtless Mahomes and his reaction to the clip.

The video that shows a shirtless Mahomes is not exactly a flattering one.

Like the film team does every week, “Inside the NFL” posted clips of footage from the latest action around the league. With Kansas City punching its ticket to Super Bowl 58 on Sunday, the Chiefs were one of the main focuses, especially after the win.

A video showing Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and Mahomes talking to the team after the game has gotten everyone’s attention. It’s not about what was said, but rather the image of Mahomes and his build.

Of course, the internet had a field day with the image of Mahomes and his physique, tabbing him as the “peak male” body, while also getting in some “dad bod” jabs as well.

The clip evidently made its way back to Mahomes, who took it upon himself to have some fun with it. He jokingly posted on X, “Why they have to do me like that!?!?!?” He then put the blame on his kids, showcasing a good sense of humor.

Mahomes is a bonafide winner, and he’s on the verge of his third Super Bowl win in just six seasons as a starter. Six-pack, eight-pack, no pack — it doesn’t matter. He is as elite as they come.
