Iowa vs. Nebraska women’s basketball tickets: Cheapest price, cost to see Caitlin Clark, Hawkeyes

Caitlin Clark is on the verge of history and basketball fans can’t get enough.

The Iowa star is poised to pass Kelsey Plum and become the top scorer in NCAA women’s basketball history, and the mark could be hers by Super Bowl Sunday.

Clark currently has 3,462 points, 65 shy of matching Plum’s total of 3,527. The Hawkeyes senior is averaging 32.4 points per game, so if she continues scoring at her typical clip, the record could be hers in two more games.

Iowa’s next outing is Wednesday at home against Penn State, and while it’s theoretically possible for her to break the record then, it would take obliterating her career high of 46 points to do so. That makes the Hawkeyes’ next game the more likely occasion for Clark to make history

Next up for Iowa after that home game against Penn State is a nationally televised Super Bowl Sunday showdown with Nebraska in Lincoln. As you might imagine, tickets are in high demand.

Tickets for the Hawkeyes’ remaining home and road games already are selling for well over face value. Here’s how to get into the next stop on Iowa’s road schedule, Sunday at Nebraska.
