World Indoor Track & Field Championships 2024: TV schedule, live streams, events and more to watch Glasgow 24

This weekend, the 2024 World Track & Field Championships will commence in Glasgow, Scotland for the 19th edition of these finals. 

A total of 651 competitors from 130 nations will face off in the World Championships ahead of the next major event this summer: the 2024 Paris Olympics. 

Over three days, starting March 1 and ending March 3, 26 events (13 women, 13 men) will take place at Emriates Arena in Scotland. 

USA’s Noah Lyles headlines the event, as the 100m and 200m outdoor world champion will try for gold in the 60m dash. Christian Coleman, a USA teammate of Lyles’, will also compete for gold in the same event. 

Josh Kerr headlines the distance side of the track, as he recently set the indoor world record for the two-mile at 8:00.67. He will compete in the 3000m run. 

Britain’s Molly Caudery and USA’s Katie Moon, the latter of whom is one of the greatest pole vaulters of her time, will compete in pole vault. Moon is the reigning Olympic champ and a two-time world champion.

How to watch the World Indoor Track & Field Championships

Those hoping to view the world championships on television will get select coverage from CNBC, which will air Sunday’s second session live and present replays of the Friday and Saturday second sessions the following mornings.

Viewers in Canada can watch Saturday’s second session live on CBC, and stream the Friday, Saturday and Sunday second sessions via CBC.ca.
