MAAC tournament bracket: Full TV schedule, scores, results for 2024 Metro Atlantic championships

Quinnipiac rolled to the top of the MAAC in the regular season after a four-game winning streak to end the year and now look to win their first conference title since the Bobcats joined in 2013.

Defending champion Iona, meanwhile, enters the tournament as the No. 7 seed at the Gaels lost five of their final seven games.

The other big contenders are Fairfield, Marist, Rider, Saint Peter’s and Niagara. Those five were all four games back of Quinnipiac.

Quinnipiac and Fairfield boast the best offenses in the MACC. The Bobcats average a conference-best 78.4 points per game, while the Stags score 76.6 points per game. Neither are the best on defense, though, as Marist and Saint Peter’s lead the conference in points allowed with 62.2 and 64.1 per game, respectively.

The top players to watch are Rider’s Mervin James and Quinnipiac’s Matt Balanc. They both averaged least 18 points per game this season. Fairfield’s Brycen Goodline and Niagara’s Quandre Bullock are the best behind the arc and covert at least 47% from 3-point range.

Saint Peter’s has the best NCAA tournament history of this conference’s competitors. The Peacocks strutted all the way to the Elite Eight in 2022 before losing to North Carolina.

Here is everything you need to know about the MAAC basketball tournament, including TV and streaming options for each game.
