Kyle Walker and Nathan Ake have returned to training and were unused substitutes during the 5-1 weekend win over Luton Town.

England international John Stones also took part in City’s open session on the eve of the game, where all first-team players were present and correct. It was Walker who got the nod in the starting backline.
