UFC 301 PPV price: Cost of live stream, start time, full card & more for Alexandre Pantoja vs. Steve Erceg

The UFC returns to Brazil for the first time in over a year for UFC 301. The entire card is stacked with top fights from top to bottom.

Alexandre Pantoja defends the UFC flyweight title against Steve Erceg in the main event. On a five-fight win streak, Pantoja beat Brandon Moreno in July to win the flyweight title, going 2-0 against the former champion. He went 2-0 against Brandon Royval in his last contest to retain the belt.

Erceg is ranked tenth at flyweight and is on an eleven-fight win streak. Undefeated in the octagon and the underdog, the Aussie is ready for the ultimate upset in enemy territory.

The co-main event will see the return of Jose Aldo, the former UFC featherweight champion, competing in his first MMA fight since 2022. He faces Jonathan Martinez.

Martinez is ranked 13th in the UFC’s bantamweight rankings. He has beaten the likes of Cub Swanson and Said Nurmagomedov, but Aldo is a major step up in competition. A win could result in a high ranking, and he will look to take advantage of his first fight outside the APEX Center (seven fights inside the building) since 2020.

“Boo me or cheer for me, it doesn’t bother me,” Martinez told MMA Fighting. “Them booing me, it doesn’t really get in my head or nothing like that. I’m actually going to have some noise, which is way better than fighting in the quiet [UFC] APEX… Honestly, just to show them my skill and show that I do belong in the top five. I go get him out of there, he’s going to bring a lot of eyes. So that’s my goal, to go in there and get him out of there.”
