Minnesota Vikings 2024 schedule release primer

The Minnesota Vikings are one of the more intriguing teams in the 2024 season. They just drafted rookie quarterback J.J. McCarthy from Michigan and also selected Dallas Turner in the first round out of Alabama.

The National Football League is set to release their schedule soon, with a projection of the week of May 6-10th.

It’s a major event every year and it sets up the fanbase to potentially travel for an away game. The Vikings have a lot of interesting opponents with nine home games. Who are they playing outside of their NFC North opponents and who could they face in primetime?

The Vikings didn’t have the most success in 2023, having finished with a 7-10 record. They were 4-4 when Kirk Cousins went down with a season-ending injury and somehow finished just 2-6 at U.S. Bank Stadium
