Minnesota Timblerwolves snap Kyrie Irving’s streak with victory in game 4

The Minnesota Timberwolves will not be swept. They win their sixth road game of the 2024 NBA playoffs with a 105-100 win over the Dallas Mavericks in game four of the Western Conference Finals.

Anthony Edwards stepped up in a big way with 29 points and 10 rebounds. He was also one assist away from a triple-double. Karl-Anthony Town was great, including 4-of-4 from three-point range before he fouled out.

The win means that the Timberwolves won’t be swept, but they also broke a streak of Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving, who now drops to 14-1 in elimination games.

If the Timberwolves want to make the NBA Finals, they will need to continue to make history.
