What channel is Oklahoma vs. UCLA softball on today? Time, TV schedule, live stream for Women’s College World Series game

The first two days of Women’s College World Series competition have concluded and the day has come for the first matchups between the winners from day one. No. 2 Oklahoma continues its quest for a fourth straight national title against No. 6 UCLA, which is making its record 34th WCWS appearance.

The Sooners made quick work of their first matchup against No. 10 Duke, run-ruling the Blue Devils 9-1 to end the game in six innings. Kelly Maxwell and Kierston Deal combined to close out the game from the mound, giving up a combined three hits and one run in the contest. Kinzie Hansen, Alynah Torres and Cydney Sanders all homered while Hansen and Alyssa Brito knocked in RBIs to seal the win.

UCLA took down Alabama 4-1 thanks to a three-run home run by Jordan Woolery in the bottom of the sixth inning to break a 1-1 tie. Taylor Tinsley earned the win, pitching three innings while giving up two hits, walking one and striking out two.

UCLA beat OU in the 2019 championship series, but the Sooners have been the sport’s best team since. That said, Oklahoma has a 3-4 record against the Bruins in the WCWS and looks to get back to .500 on Saturday. The Sooners seek their eighth national title and UCLA is after its 12th, but only one can come out on top Saturday.
